If a claim is being repriced through a PPO network, it normally takes a few hours. Claims that need to be negotiated may take 1-2 business days. If any
claim is out for longer than 3 business days, you will be contacted by UCS via email with the claim's status.
We do not have dollar thresholds. In fact, we encourage our clients to send us ALL of their out-of-network claims so we can save every available dollar.
