If a claim is being repriced through a PPO network, it normally takes a few hours. Claims that need to be negotiated may take 1-2 business days. If any
claim is out for longer than 3 business days, you will be contacted by UCS via email with the claim's status.

The normal setup time for EDI is 5 to 10 business days, depending on the complexity of the client's system.

Any out-of-network PPO discounted disputes are handled by UCS. We ask you to forward all disputes you receive to us. We then work WITH the
provider to resolve the issue. You are always kept informed on how the issue is being handled until it is resolved.
