Medical Claims Processor & Provider Relations Representative 
United Claim Solutions is a fast-growing Medical Cost Containment Firm and High Value PPO Network located in Phoenix, Arizona. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of something big
that can truly change how we all access healthcare. We want someone who is passionate about healthcare, experienced in processing medical claims, able to call + work with providers on obtaining
signed agreements, able to wear multiple hats, extremely organized, and able to excel in a fast-paced workplace!  The candidate will need to work out of our Phoenix, Arizona office.

POSITION SUMMARY

  • Experience processing and adjudicating medical claims based on contractual rates
  • Strong understanding of how to process claims using Medicare fee schedules
  • Need to have experience with Medicare Billing and Coding Edits (CPT/ICD-10/HCPCS/ Modifiers)
  • Able to talk and work with providers and their staff: Experience calling and following up with Providers to obtain letters of agreement. Plus you feel comfortable doing this!
  • Need to be very organized and able to maintain juggling many balls all at once
  • Everything from claims processing to calling & obtaining signed agreements from providers to helping with claim analysis
  • Microsoft Excel experience – Able to work with medical claims data analysis spreadsheets
  • Customer service skills and able to promptly respond to emails
  • Salary Position
  • Overtime required when needed
  • Huge bonus: If you have worked with Vistar’s eVIPs product (provider data management tool)
