Image Vault

Image Vault is a searchable online data storage application with a focus on healthcare management. It provides a payor the ability to archive claims and supporting documentation in one location regardless of how the claim was received. To maximize efficiencies, UCS offers each payor the ability to bundle and integrate their repricing services with Image Vault. Streamlining the claims flow in this manner will not only save time, but significantly reduce operational costs. The Image Vault solution will allow a payor to be truly paperless and have their claims stored in one central location.

How can a payor populate the Image Vault application?

• UCS can receive the original red and white paper claims from the provider or the payor. The claims will then be scanned and converted into an EDI file. The image of the claim will automatically be uploaded to ImageVault for the payor's convenience.
• UCS can receive an EDI file from a clearinghouse, a PPO, directly from the payor, or another third party. Once that file is received, it will be imported, converted, and stored in the Image Vault application to be view in its original format at any time.
